Amos Michelson was the Chief Executive Officer of Creo Inc from June 1995, until Kodak purchased Creo in May 2005. He joined Creo in 1991 and served in positions including Vice President Business Strategy, Managing Director, and Chair of the Board of Directors until his appointment as CEO. Under Amos' leadership, Creo grew to employ over 4000 personnel and generate $650 million USD annual revenue. Prior to joining Creo, Mr. Michelson was the CEO of Opal Inc., a semi-conductor equipment company and prior to this Mr. Michelson was the Chief Operating Officer of Optrotech Ltd., a developer and manufacturer of optical and imaging systems for the electronic industry. Mr. Michelson is a past member of the Premier’s Technology Council and in 1999 was named Entrepreneur of the Year, along with Dan Gelbart, by Ernst & Young. In 2005, Mr. Michelson was named the BCTIA Person of the Year, an award presented to an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the technology industry. Mr. Michelson holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Business School and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. |

Assaf Koren,is the technological inspiration behind Scrapboy Digital Media Corporation. As CEO and President, Koren has built an elite team of dedicated engineers and championed Scrapboy's development of high performance, multi-platform SCRAP and Messenger software. Originally from Petah-Tiqvah, Israel, educated at Tel-Aviv University and is presently completing his Executive MBA at British Columbia University, Koren applied his computer engineering background at Polycom Networks to design multipoint video connectivity and gateway capability through disparate networks. Previously, Mr. Koren was employed at Stratlabs Research Corp, having served as Head of technology (Embedded Division) Group from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, Koren co-founded Scrapboy Corporation with Michael Benezra, the company’s CTO. |

| His brain child and creation, the Scrapboy instant messaging software for Orkut, resulted in the founding of Scrapboy Digital Media Corporation. Michael Benezra born and raised in Jerusalem immigrated to Vancouver at 15. A Graduate of the Simon Fraser University with a BSc degree in Computing Science. Michael started his career in the high tech industry as a Software Engineer specializing in the network infrastructure field of global IP Management and DNS software; soon after tapped to take on project and product management roles for accounts with large American broadband carriers and MSOs. In 2005, Benezra co-founded Scrapboy Digital Media Corporation with Assaf Koren, the company’s President & CEO. |

Motti Shaked is Scrapboy’s Vice President of Engineering. In this role Motti is responsible for leading software engineering activities. Before joining Scrapboy, Mr. Shaked was the President & CEO of a software consulting firm. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Motti conducted numerous courses to experienced software developers. Before immigrating to Canada, Motti was a senior lecturer in the College of Management in Tel-Aviv, where he also earned his academic degree. |

| Prior to Scrapboy Digital Media Corporation, Kevin Ishiguro held the position of Engineering Manager for the Unified Workflow team, as part of Eastman Kodak's Graphics Communication Group. Mr. Ishiguro was responsible for the 200+ person R&D team which annually generated $150 million in product and service revenue. Mr. Ishiguro held senior positions in development and management during his 12 year tenure at Kodak and Creo Inc. (which was acquired by Kodak in 2005) and brings significant expertise in product development to Scrapboy Digital Media Corporation. Mr. Ishiguro graduated with a B.A.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Simon Fraser University. |

Prior to Scrapboy Digital Media Corporation, Michael Weber was employed at Creo Inc. / Kodak Graphic Communications since 1993, after graduating from SFU with a B.A.Sc. in Engineering Physics. At Creo (acquired by Kodak in 2005), Michael worked through a variety of software engineering and team leadership roles, including engineering lead for a product development team composed of 35+ developers, testers, and applications specialists. As a member of the Unified Workflow team, he focussed on the development and deployment of scalable, distributed, client / server PDF page processing and raster imaging products for the printing and graphic communications industry. |

| Raul joined the Scrapboy Digital Media Corporation in 2007, taking on his role as a software engineer. Graduating from the Faculty of Applied Sciences at Simon Fraser University, Raul obtained his bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering. Raul brings to the team his years of experience in software development, distribution, and automated testing. Prior to joining Scrapboy, Raul worked as a software tester and systems deployment engineer at Creo Inc and then Kodak GCG Canada. He also worked as a technical writer and application developer at Wexxar Packaging Inc. Raul is currently involved in the advancement of the Scrapboy instant messaging software. |
